They tell you to go online to get what you want, then the online stuff does not work. Also the phone connection sucks it cuts out and drops calls. I deeply regret ever coming here and no issues were resolved even after going to management. They still try and make you fill out online forms and nothing works. I am going back to US Cellular today :-).
