  I like to shop at Boston Store, especially the shoe department. I was there this past Saturday morning, buying shoes, then I bought some pants and shirts. Both experiences were good, sales clerks/cashiers very helpful. Then on to the Clinque counter (I have been buying Clinique cosmetics for years). I am so mad, I will not go back there. I was being assisted by the sales clerk, when the phone rang, she went to answer the phone, and let me stand there for a good 15 minutes. When I said something to her, she mouthed to me that she would be with me in a minute. The minute was up and I'm still standing there. Needless to say, I left, and I won't go back to buy my cosmetics there. Maybe Boston Store and/or Clinique should train their personnel that "live" customers come first.

  LIVID !!!!! I was just there to TRY and purchase a pair of shoes. First of all I get hit with INCREDIBLY LOUD music which is totally unnecessary and then when I make my way to the shoe department there is ONE style of the brand of shoes I am looking for , the website shows over 20 ! Boston Store USED to be a quality retailer that catered to adults - now it's just another overpriced, LOUD store. VERY disappointed :(
